Resumo:
Rousseau, H. Arendt and B. Russell – are arguably great spirits. Arendt, an eternal foreigner and immigrant. Russell, an eloquent example of what a world citizen can be. Rousseau, someone who, with an outmoded radicalism, calls into question everything we now take for granted about what we think man and citizen are, and therefore also what the education of foreigners, immigrants, refugees, that we all are, can be. It might be worth listening for a moment to what they have to say about citizenship education.
