Resumo:

Ethical and political and social Challenges of computer-based Big Data Technologies include not only the policy needs for sharing educational data, in which national and international standards have to be developed to address issues of data security and interoperability, privacy and access as well as data governance, nor stop with the quest for the the students and citizens use of the digital, including the thrive of the digital humanities and the strange disappearance of critic of the culture-generating function of the computer in encounters of Bildung and society (Simanowski, 2018) added to the importance of Big Data and growing velocity of data networks. These encounters will be analyzed within sonic agency and sonic thinking constellation of noise and resonance. We should pay attention to “recalcitrant noise” introducing a new idea in which something that disturbs our common habits of reasoning/thinking or experiencing and might change our habits. Thus, different notions of noise will be heeded in their political, cultural praxis and applications and philosophical conceptions.
